What you will do as an Operations Manager :
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team through effective communication, coaching, and feedback mechanisms.
- Contribute strategic insights to the development of operational plans, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
- Oversee budget creation, P&L development, and financial forecasting to achieve operational financial objectives.
- Design, implement, and evaluate warehouse operations systems, ensuring optimal product handling, storage, and shipping.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive corporate strategies, ensuring effective internal communication and alignment.
- Champion quality assurance initiatives, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance within the operations environment.
What you need to be an Operations Manager :
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management and / or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management.
- Proven expertise in LEAN Manufacturing as both a practitioner and leader.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and WMS.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
